A reflexologist never claims to cure, but reflexology is considered by many to be beneficial as an alternative holistic therapy. People undergoing reflexology often report that, amongst others things, it helps reduce stress levels, aids sleep, improves digestive disorders, and helps ease menstrual problems, migraines and back pain.

It is suitable for almost any age but before any treatment is carried out a health consultation form must be completed.

There are occasions when the advice and approval of a qualified medical practitioner will be required prior to treatment.

I am based near Alton, but can travel to the surrounding Hampshire and Surrey area.  If over a 15 mile radius travel costs will apply. I am also available for Pamper and Corporate Days.

Treatment Times

Your initial reflexology treatment will include a 15 minute consultation on your general health followed by a one hour foot treatment or a 45 minute hand treatment. Following reflexology treatments will be one hour (foot) or 45 minutes (hand) in duration. Of course, any single treatment involves both feet or both hands! Please allow time for me to set up on arrival and pack up on departure, I will do this as quickly as possible. Please have space available for a treatment couch or reclining chair.

Loyalty Cards

Have 9 treatments, and the next one is FREE!  This does not apply to pre-payment packages.  Cards are not transferable. Sole Purpose is not responsible for loyalty cards that have been misplaced, lost or stolen.  The member may only accrue points to their own account.  Points may not be assigned, traded or otherwise transferred to another. Sole Purpose reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Loyalty Card Program at any time.  Termination of the program will result in forfeiture of all stamps without compensation.  Any material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website. 

Gift Vouchers

Spoil and surprise a friend with Sole Purpose gift vouchers.  These attractive vouchers are available in £5, £10 or £20 and make a perfect gift, slipped into a card.  They will be valid for a year, from date of purchase and signed and stamped by Sole Purpose. 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please let me know as early as possible. I understand emergencies and illness can happen, however, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, cancellation charges may apply.
